I just wanted to say thank you, to you and everyone at Stopper Realty for making our 2011 family vacation to Myrtle Beach one of the best we have ever had! From the first phone call when I was calling to inquire about the different property rentals you had to offer, right down to the day of our departure our experience was first class. The ocean view unit in Margate Tower that we stayed in was stunning! The property was flawless, the location could not have been better having come down with another family and all of us having a total of 5 kids, there was plenty to do all right there in Kingston Plantation and just outside in the surrounding area. Your straight forward style and ease of doing business will keep us calling you back for many years to come, if not to one day purchase rental property from you as well. Thank you again from our entire family, and we will see you this coming April!

I sit here writing this from the love seat in the living room of this large 3 bedroom condo in the Brighton Building, Kingston Plantation. I look up and can watch the waves crashing on the beach, and the lifeguards setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas (which is a neat orchestra on the sand). This unit worked out perfectly for our family of 6. The girls shared the king bed while the boys lounged in the two queen bedroom. My wife and I definitely had the best room, a king bed with a window overlooking the beach, which is nearly directly below. The balcony is HUGE, and wraps around the front of the building. The third bedroom also had a balcony, although smaller. The 6th floor setting was perfect, not too high and not too low. The bathrooms are very clean and feature marble showers .Granite in the kitchen made me feel at home too. Complaints of elevator issues are overblown, maybe on the weekends, but we had no problems.. Overall you cannot go wrong with this unit! Thank you very much, we would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

My Family goes to Myrtle Beach every year and we always stay in a different condo, but not anymore. We stayed in this condo the week of 7/2/11 and absolutely fell in love with it so we plan on staying here every year now. Kingston Plantation is a beautiful place, and the staff is amazing making you feel right at home. It is in an excellent location with restaurants and entertainment in every direction and the night life is right at your fingertips. The room itself has been newly renovated and is in excellent shape. It's also kept very clean with modern decorations and plenty of space. The view of the ocean is amazing! Also the booking staff at the realty company was very helpful making special arrangements for our late arrival and providing everything we needed during our stay. From my experience of staying at different places the last 15 or so years, this condo was our best ever!

WE TOOK A LAST MINUTE TRIP DOWN TO THE BEACH AND THE OWNER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO ALLOW US TO STAY IN HIS UNIT. IT WAS A DREAM! THE VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR, THE AMENITIES WERE AWESOME! WE HAD THE CHANCE TO CHECK IN EARLY. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT TIME!
